TERMS OF SERVICE.
LAST UPDATED: MARCH 2026
00. PERSONAL PROJECT NOTICE (CRITICAL) Ephemo is a personal project, not an enterprise service. It is provided "as is" and could go offline or be discontinued at any point without notice. All rights are reserved to the creator. Do not use this for mission-critical or production workloads that require guaranteed uptime.
01. ACCEPTANCE By using Ephemo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02. WHAT EPHEMO DOES Ephemo is a static file hosting service. You upload files through the API or CLI, and we serve them on a URL. We do not run server-side code, databases, or compute on your behalf.
03. ANONYMOUS PUBLISHING You can publish without an account. Anonymous sites are temporary and expire after 24 hours. Sites can be claimed to prevent expiration using a generated claim code.
04. YOUR CONTENT You own everything you publish. We do not claim any rights to your content. We store and serve your files solely to provide the hosting functionality.
05. PROHIBITED CONTENT You may not publish:
- Illegal content under applicable law
- Malware, phishing pages, or deceptive software
- Spam or bulk-generated pages intended to manipulate search engines
- Content that exploits or endangers minors
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
06. AVAILABILITY AND LIMITS We do not guarantee uptime. We may impose or adjust rate limits, file size limits, and storage limits at any time. Anonymous sites are subject to automatic expiration and garbage collection.
07. TERMINATION You can delete your claimed sites at any time through the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason.
08. LIABILITY Ephemo is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the service. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any content you publish.
09. CHANGES We may update these terms. Continued use of Ephemo after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when terms change.
